Each year, the City of Karratha invites residents to share their feedback through the Annual Community Survey. The 2025 survey provided an opportunity for community members to share their views on how the City was performing, how well our facilities and services were meeting community needs, and where improvements were required.

The feedback gathered from this round will help the City identify areas of strength and those needing attention, guiding future community planning, budgeting, and service delivery across our towns

Through this year’s survey, we wanted to:

• Gain perspective from residents on the City’s performance and service delivery.
• Ensure all voices were represented from our community.
• Use the results to shape Council’s future plans, priorities and budgets.
