CURRENT STRUCTURE PLAN
PROPOSED STRUCTURE PLAN AMENDMENT
What's Changing?
The proposed Structure Plan includes several key updates compared to the current plan. These changes aim to better support future growth and community needs:
1. Larger residential lots
The proposed plan increases the size of land parcels in some areas, allowing for a different housing mix and development style.
2. New primary school site
Land has been set aside for a future primary school to support the growing community.
3. Reduced mixed-use areas
The amount of land allocated for mixed-use (e.g. combined residential and commercial) has been reduced, with a stronger focus on residential development.
