DA25-040 Development Assessment Panel Application

The City of Karratha approved an application to use and develop land for the following purpose on 29 July 2025.

PROPERTY: Lots 8, 9 & 10 Madigan Road, Gap Ridge

APPROVED USE: Proposed Showroom Development (commonly known as a Homemaker centre)

The development will include two buildings containing a total of 10 tenancies, associated parking, landscaping and storage areas on the land at the corner of Dampier Road and Madigan Road, Gap Ridge.
