PROPERTY: Lot 103 Wickham Drive, Wickham WA 6720 (Wickham Village)

PROPOSAL: New Time-Limited Period of 10 Years and Site Upgrades for Existing Workforce Accommodation (Wickham Village)

The application proposes a new ten (10) year time limited approval period for the existing approved Workforce Accommodation development, site upgrades, addition of a proposed office internal to an existing building and extension of existing gym at Lot 103 Wickham Drive, Wickham WA 6720 (Wickham Village).

We invite residents and stakeholders to review the proposal and provide their feedback. Details of the application are available for inspection during office hours, at the City of Karratha’s Administration Office located on Welcome Road, Karratha and for viewing by accessing the document here.

Submissions can be made using the form below until 4:30pm on Wednesday, 18 June 2025.

Please be aware that details of your submission may be made available to the applicant for the opportunity to respond. Your submission may also be used to form part of a Responsible Authority Report (RAR) presented by the City to the Development Assessment Panel making it a public document.

Please note that in this instance the Regional Development Assessment Panel (RDAP) is the determination authority for this application. The City is known as the responsible authority and prepares the RAR, including recommendations to the RDAP for their consideration and determination.
